Please update to the latest version, 1.0.54.1, that should fix the issue.
The issue was happening on websites where the PHP version was 7.2 or less than that.
We highly recommend upgrading to at least PHP 7.4

Please update to the latest version of Rank Math to fix the issues.
If that does not help, and assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
