Problem with the QuBot plugin

Hello, I installed your great QuBot plugin on my WordPress site http://lady.expert/ , but it doesn’t work correctly for some reason.
The problem is the plugin does not start the bot in the mobile version of the site. You can check it yourself if you go to the site from your phone.
The second problem is that the chatbot is loaded all the time and therefore the website is constantly appearing popup with a question.
You have a really great project and I would like to use it. Please help me with these problems.
