Problem with sending email

I’m having a problem with my emails. The only email I receive is the one for Account Deleted Email; all the others don’t arrive.
Emails from the contact form are received as expected.
I tried installing an SMTP plugin or even disabling all the plugins, but nothing. The emails don’t arrive.
