Problem with required fields

Hi, I hope support responds.

My problem is about the required fields.

I insert only a few required fields, click send, and the form correctly indicates the required fields.

But if I enter the required fields and click send again, nothing happens.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Health Check & Troubleshooting, WooCommerce and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Hi, I tried as you indicated and with the default theme twenty twenty everything works.
How do I activate the porto theme, or the child no longer works.

But I have a lot of porto activations and I don’t have any problems.

They are not even the functions, inside function php, because even applying the main non-child theme, so without function it does not work.

help me please :\

I tried exactly as you wrote, and it worked, as I change the theme in porto.

Hi support,
i tried anyway, the only solution was to downgrade to version 5.3.2
Now everything works.
Is it possible to eliminate the bugs on the new version?
