Hello @eltonheta,
Our plugin have a setting that allow you to see the PDF documents in HTML instead of PDF. This is used mainly for debugging purposes, but this might be useful if your POS device allow you to print the HTML output. You can find this setting under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status > Output to HTML
Let me know if it worked!
I tried it and it doesn’t work, a website that prints works as I want is the one I will put below.
https://printatestpage.com/
See if there is any possibility that this can be done with a small edit in the coding of the plugins or with any php function that we can add.
If I’m going to solve it as a problem, I’ll put it here because I’m looking at this situation myself.
Thanks for providing that site URL, @eltonheta: Now I think I understand better what you want to achieve.
Unfortunately, with our plugin you can’t do that by default, since we generate actual PDF documents, that’s why you need to download it first. We have a nice plugin that may be helpful for your case: WooCommerce Automatic Order Printing (PrintNode)
A different way to achieve this, that comes to my mind, is to enable the HTML output site-wide, and wrote some JavaScript code to prompt the printer window, loading the HTML document, instead of loading it in a new window. However, this is beyond the free support. Maybe one of my freelance colleagues can take this challenge, but it will require a custom job for a fee.
