Problem with Facebook Comments

Hi there!
I need to use Facebook Comments but when they are active, both the native WP comment form and the Facebook one are present in all the posts.
If I deactivate comments from WordPress, the forms appear ok, but the theme is outputting a string showing “0 comments” and it won’t go away even if I translate the string to an empty one with Loco Translate.
