• Hello

I have a elementor loop grid in archive product template. If I setup query as “current query” filters don´t work but if is setup as “latest products” filters work properly.

It’s important use current query because that template is for all products categories

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I hope you’re well. About your question, unfortunately the Loop Grid from Elementor isn’t compatible with the default WooCommerce layered navigation which is used by our plugin.

You can check this by removing the yith_wcan=1 parameter from the URL you mentioned.

In this case, I suggest you use the default widgets for the archive pages in the Elementor template.

    We’ll remain at your disposal.

    Hello

I have changed to default woocomerce widget, also added filter yith_wcan_content_selector to update only that that widget and works properly. But If I reload or use URL https://newcode.tech/thcontainers/categoria-producto/bolsas/?yith_wcan=1&filter_tamano=100x70mm&query_type_tamano=or my elementor loop in menu (using manual selection) is affected by filter. How can I prevent that?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

When changing the content selector of our plugin, you are only limiting the content to be filtered when using AJAX functionality. When loading a page, the layered navigation of WooCommerce will kick in and will affect any product loop that checks the query of the page.

If you don’t want this to happen, then you will need in include a list of products that doesn’t look at the query to determine their content ( our plugin doesn’t provide this kind of element )

I hope this information can help you.
