Problem with Contact Form 7

Hello Together,

i have a problem with the plugin and contact form 7.
I spend the last 2 days to find the problem why i get a white page with 500 Error when i use my forms.

Now i know that it’s only on sites where i changed the permalink.
Here is an example where made a custom permalink and the form doesn’t work.

To see that it works on sites where the permalink wasn’t changed you can test it on this site:

No i know my problem but have no idea how to fix :-/
I found a post in a german forum where someone had the same problem – but also no solution.
