problem with Cform

    Hi, I am a beginner at WP and cform too. I have no knowledge about PHP and other scripts. Here the problem:
    I installed Cform 10.4 and updated to 10.4.1
    I did the simple form I need.
    I tried to insert it by the TinyMCE Button but appears 500 error, then I insert the form in html view and got it.
    When I intent to submit, the form hang. I´m using native PhpMailer, and the hosting provider says that they have the support for it. I tried to use SMTP server but got the same result.
    I´m not include captcha in the form.
    Could somebody guide me?

    It is solved. he problem was a server internal error, and people of support hosting fix it.
