Problem with cached pixels

Hello,
Before a few days I install the plugin and connect with Facebook without problems.
Yesterday i make changes on my business manager and make and install new pixel. “Vaiven pixel 2021” https://paste.pics/BFYKQ
The problem is that now the plugin didnt see the new pixel https://paste.pics/BFYL3 (still exists the old info for pixels). I try to reset the facebook connection but the problem still exists.
How to fix it?

Hi,

the problem is that the plugin caches some results from Facebook APIs for performance perspectives.

Maybe at this time the issue should be already solved, but if you will be in the same case again, you can click into “Clear transients” inside the General Settings > Advanced Settings of Pixel Caffeine: https://snipboard.io/NXZ4sq.jpg

Hi Antonino,
I’ve been trying this for the last few days, but nothing has changed, the old pixels are still visible. The problem still exists. I tried to clear the caching from the admin panel of the hosting, but it still doesn’t work.

Please, check that the pixels are correctly under the Ad account connected to your business manager.

The business account will be selected from the Ad Account you will choose in the first select.
