Problem when restarting a quiz

Hello,

In the following page, there is a shortcode which points to a quiz :

https://math-os.com/quiz-fcts-num-vf-01/

After the user has finished and if he / she clicks on the restart button, there is a red message « please answer True or False », which is probably a bug since the user hasn’t begin to answer yet !!

The problem disappears only if the page is reloaded.

I thought that this problem had been resolved in a previous version on the QSM plugin.

I already have transmitted my login information for https://math-os.com

Could you please have a look at it ?
