Problem using discount code

    You have used this coupon in another transaction during this ,checkout,and coupon usage limit is reached.please remove the coupon and try again

    The problem is that, when we enter the discount code, it shows this error, while the discount code was applied for the first time and only in a shopping cart! And this problem happens to some users. It does not happen!
    please guide me
    If anyone has a similar problem, please help

    Are you using any third party plugin that is generating the coupon code? Can you please share screenshots of the Usage restriction and Usage limits tab for the coupon in question by navigating to WP Admin > Marketing > Coupons? We recommend using https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

    Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
