Problem updating to new version

    It happened again:

    1) I logged in WP, and dashboard said MailPoet Premium requires me to update Mailpoet to latest version 3.59.0

    Following confusing online Mailpoet instructions:
    a) Deactivated Mailpoet
    b) Went in FTP deleted Mailpoet folder
    c) Went in Mailpoet 3, downloaded Mailpoet 3.59.0
    d) Uncompressed folder, and uploaded folder to same FTP place replacing the deleted folder.

    It didn’t work. Now WP dashboard is showing THREE messages:
    Add-on Gravity Forms – Mailpoet 3 plugin requires MailPoet plugin, Please activate MailPoet first to using Add-on Gravity Forms – Mailpoet 3.

    Bounce Handler Mailpoet plugin requires MailPoet plugin, Please activate MailPoet first to using Bounce Handler Mailpoet.

    You need to have MailPoet version 3.59 or higher activated before using this version of MailPoet Premium.

    What is it I need to do now?

    I should also add that WP dashboard is no longer listing MailPoet.
    I hope my email templates, past emails, and email subscriber list is not gone?

    Hi @deafdots,

    It seems the MailPoet 3 plugin is not activated, only the MailPoet 3 Premium plugin.

    Please make sure MailPoet 3 and MailPoet 3 Premium plugins are both installed, activated, and updated to the latest version – we released 3.59.1 today.

    Let us know if it works!

    Hi Bruna,

    I am confused again how to update.

    Its confusing trying to update two different things and getting both to work with each other in sync.

    Right now WP dashboard is showing following messages:

    Hi David,

    I believe you have the MailPoet 3 Premium plugin updated, but the MailPoet 3 (free version) is deactivated or not updated to the latest version.

    Please ensure you’re using MailPoet 3 version 3.59.2.
