Problem to activate Nextgen Gallery

    Hi, WP was installed on the my server by the hosting provider, and there is a setting problem to turn on nextgen gallery,they are trying to solve it. The version of WP is 2.7.1
    But I´dont know when they will do.

    The message WP display is:
    NextGEN Gallery : Tables could not created, please check your database settings.

    Do somebody guide me to solve the problem?

    Please, the hosting provider have reinstalled WP but the problem persist, somebody could help me? Thanks again.

    The provider says that Nextgen 1.2 is a beta version and that yet it is not reliable. What do you think about? Will be better to install an older version?
