Problem on mobile

Hello, for some reason, with the one specific theme I use, popup won’t display content text in popup, only the title. On computer everything works fine. I tried default wordpress theme and it works fine, however I can’t understand why wouuld it work on PC, but not on mobile? And why is title working, but not the content text? Any idea?
