problem contact form

There is an issue with the contact form. After configuring it, adding plugins, and specifying the data for sending/receiving emails, no messages are being delivered to the email inbox. The SPAM folder was also checked, but no messages were received. Reviewing the site logs showed that the contact form itself is not sending anything to the email for redirection. What could be the problem?
