Problem booking confirmation

Hello,

Since the update of .16 there is no booking confirmation when someone book a threatment trough the website. Only when you trigger a change like cancel or put the booking in the bin and back then the confirmation is mailed. I made myself a plugin who send a confirmation himself, but it would be nice if this works again without the extra selfmade plugin.

Like to hear if this will be fixed.
