That said, your issue sounds more like an update mechanism problem than a feature question. For plugins that aren’t part of the WordPress Repository (but still use a similar update system behind the scenes), sometimes the automatic update notification doesn’t show up right away. This can happen for a few reasons, like a license not being properly connected, or the update checker not having kicked in yet.
In the meantime, it might be a good idea to download the latest version directly from your account on our site and upload it manually. After that, the automatic updates should normally start working on their own going forward.
