If I purchase the lifetime Agency Licence (for 50 domains), and get near that number soon, is there a way to “change” to Unlimited License paying just the difference? or should I purchase a new license?

Thanks for reaching out! Of course, we have upgrade paths so if you get close or hit 50 you can pay the difference to upgrade the Unlimited if needs be.
