Pro Support gives ZERO support

    Our client paid for the Pro version of this plugin. We found an issue. Raised it on this WordPress Forum, told to go to Pro Support. No response on Pro support from FIVE email requests.

    Raised that issue again on here, told sarcastically to go to Pro.
    Our client has also emailed the Pro Support – to no avail.

    Deeply disappointed with the service. Advice: Get the free one only. Do not buy it, as the support is simply not there. I regret posting this review, but had no choice after about 10 days waiting for a reply.
