Pro License Deactivation Issue

I initially installed the Pro version of map plugin on the site https://blusteaksites.com/feswp/. Recently, the plugin was deactivated without first deactivating the license from admin dashboard. Now, when attempting to reinstall it or transfer the license to another site, we receive an error stating that the license is already in use.

Our requirement is to deactivate the license from the https://blusteaksites.com/feswp/ site and reactivate it on a new domain. We have already tried to deactivate it via the member’s area(https://users.freemius.com/), but the error persists.

We tried contacting support through mail but didn’t get any response.
