Private GitHub repo support

Hi! If you have a private repo use the proper url.

For private repo the clone url is: https://user:[email protected]/user/reponame.git
For public repo the clone url is: https://github.com/user/reponame.git

For private repo you can also use SSH key. Copy the SSH clone url from Github and paste it to Gitium Configuration page to Remote URL input. Copy the Key pair from Gitium Settings page and paste it ot Gthub SSH keys page.(see https://wordpress.org/plugins/gitium/screenshots/ steps)
