Hi @linmchugh ,
Thank you for reaching out.
The Events Calendar’s default events archive page is printable (see Your Calendar Now Looks Great in Print). However, taking a look at your https://max200.com/show-schedule/ page, it looks like this page is something that’s generated by a third-party plugin (Essential add-ons for Elementor).
should I change the way that page is built then?
Hi @linmchugh ,
Thank you for your message.
It doesn’t look like you have to. The following link, might be better for printing: https://max200.com/events/list/.
How to you get that view from what is on the site? I know you gave me that url above, but the site has this? https://max200.com/show-schedule/ how do I get to that view from this url?
Hi @linmchugh ,
The /events/ URL is a default events archive page that’s generated by The Events Calendar plugin. The /show-schedule/ on the other hand is an embedded calendar page that’s generated by a third-party plugin.
Okay, can’t we duplicate a page, and add a shortcode for a monthly view?? There is no where for my client to print (print button or anything).
You should be able to print the page using the browser’s print functionality, @linmchugh . See How to print from a web browser.

Hi there,
It appears that there hasn’t been any recent activity on this thread, so we’ll consider it resolved. However, if you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to start a new thread.
No, what I get following those directions Command P even when tweaking the settings is Sunday through Thursday view. Landcape doesn’t work, so there has to be another option. See what you get: doesn’t work: https://max200.com/show-schedule/

this is not resolved. File Print I get 1/2 the days through Thursday. That’s it.

Hi @linmchugh
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide support for this specific issue as the calendar you’re trying to print does not appear to originate from our plugin.
It seems like you might be using the EA Event Calendar Integration: The Events Calendar WordPress Plugin. If that’s the case, I recommend reaching out directly to their support team for further assistance. They’ll be better equipped to guide you with this issue.
Let me know if you have further concerns.
Isn’t your plugin
The Events Calendar is a carefully crafted, extensible plugin that lets you easily share your events. Beautiful. Solid. Awesome. I don’t get why there is no solution here??

Hi @linmchugh ,
Thank you for your message.
What my colleague, @d0153 , is saying here is that your calendar at https://max200.com/show-schedule/ is being displayed by a third-party plugin, EA Event Calendar Integration: The Events Calendar WordPress Plugin.
The Events Calendar ships with its own calendar display, which can be seen at https://max200.com/events/list/. This one should be printer-friendly.
