Print Buttons No Longer Working

    We have used this plugin for some time to add buttons that allow users to generate PDF’s of a few posts on our site (just the single post they’re using). At some point over the last year, it seems to have completely stopped working though. There aren’t any errors, the print buttons just redirects to the homepage now. Any idea what might have happened?

    Hi Lee Media Group, sorry it stopped working for you. It’s still working on my sites using the print buttons so I suspect another plugin, or your theme, got updated and has a conflict. If the print buttons are still active on your site, can you share a link to your site? Seeing the problem happening for myself may give some important clues.

    We don’t have it active right now since the buttons aren’t working, but this did get me wondering about other plugins, and it looks like the 301 Redirects plugin is what is redirecting it to the homepage because it’s seeing the url as a 404.

    I looked closer at the link, and we have our wordpress files in a subdirectory (i.e. /wordpress/), and it’s including that in the PDF link so it’s /wordpress/?print-my-blog=1 instead of /?print-my-blog=1 which is why it’s seeing it as a 404. Is there anyway we can get the subdirectory out of the urls?

    Oh interesting. That sounds like an issue I’ll need to fix in the plugin itself. I’ll update this thread once I’ve find that.

    I wanted to check in to see if there had been any updates on fixing this bug?
