Pricing not working in cart

Hello
Hope you are doing well. I’m facing the following problem.
I have created an event with ticket pricing and all but when i add the event to the cart, the cart subtotal stays at 0$.
In the plugins status page i see an X at the woocommerce version (10.3.5)
Does that mean that the plugin is incompatible with this version of Woocommerce or is the problem something else?

Unfortunatly even if i change the ticket type to only english characters the problem remains.
