Price update
-
Hi, my prices never update automatically despite the option being activated and the frequency being set to the highest! Why? Thanks.

Hello Adrien,
with never update what do you mean? That they never updated since the plugin install or is this a late occurence?
(If it is the second case, it is normal. Well, less than a month ago, Amazon decided to change the APIs’ price information to the new OffersV2 system and I’m working out an update to make the plugin work smoothly even after the December switchoff of the OfferV1 system.)

The prices have never been updated — I can tell by looking at the price of the RAM sticks.
Never?
What does it says on the top bar of the products in the edit page? (where there is Added: and Updated:)
I attach an image to show you where to look: https://ibb.co/VYFd1Mg8Sadly… interesting…
I’m wondering now if the manual update works in your configuration.
Have you tried clicking the green circling arrow in the product top bar?
In the meantime I will search for a solution, stay tuned…Yes, it works in manual mode — I had already tested it.
Ok. Thank you for reporting.
Try to disable an re-enable the plugin it should just be the CRON job that has got stuck.(In the meantime I got just been temporary excluded from the APIs access and the development will be even slower… :/ )
Okay, thanks, I’ll give it a try.
Did it work? 😅
Non 🙁
Do you have more than 10 transactions (not items sold) in the last 30 days in the same marketplace (i suppose yours is amazon.fr)?
yes
Sadly I have not, I’m still trying to get back the access.
Anyway I’ve controlled the code about the updating Cron job and it seems to work fine (the request start at least, i get a lovely error 403 in response).
Have you tried to see if the plugin is able to correctly load the updating CRON event in your website? You can easily monitor it with free plugins such as WP Crontrol (you can also enforce the CRON event if it is stuck). The exact event for the automatic update is “amazingaffiliates_product_update_cron” and to enforce it just press “Run now”. After some minutes you should then see the least updated products (around 50-60 of them) that have been updated.
Now I’m considering to add this forced update option directly from the plugin interface…
L’évènement cron amazingaffiliates_product_update_cron a été planifié pour qu’il s’exécute maintenant. L’évènement d’origine ne sera pas affecté.
où voir ses produits mis à jour ?
