Preview Page

Hi, I recently discovered that my page count in Admin was mismatching with the pages I could edit, and that the status of the missing page was Private, and on searching the database I discovered that it was the Preview page generated by your plugin when it was originally installed. I searched both this forum and your docs and there is no mention of this preview page, so is this a hangover from when you had this in a previous version or should there be a Preview page? I have deleted the entry in the database as (a) it wasn’t visible in admin, (b) it had no corresponding post_meta entries in that table, and (c) I don’t recall there being a Preview option when creating popups. If I need this page for the plugin to function, please tell me how to recreate it, or conversely please let me know if it is still part of the plugin?
