prevent closing event

    Hi, Amelia is automatically closing event on the day of event, a few hours before the event.

    I’d like people to be able to sign up to event, up to when event starts.

    Where is the setting to prevent premature closing of event? Thank you for any clarification.

    Hello Andrew,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    For that purpose, you will need to check the ‘Closes on’ option on the Amelia/Events/Edit page.

    Please let us know if that was set up to close before event begins.

    When editing event, when I check ‘Booking closes when event starts’ – the event still closes several hours before the event (which I don’t want)

    When editing event, when I uncheck ‘Booking closes when event starts’ and I enter the day/time of event, the event still closes several hours before the event (which again, I don’t want).

    I need event to stay open right up until the very time the event starts. How do I achieve this?

    Hi, can someone please help with this. I purchased pro and just need to know how to properly configure this plugin.

    I need event to stay open right up until the very time the event starts. How do I achieve this?

    I’m loosing money because a few hours before event, the event says closed.

    Potential attendees think it’s closed for them, when in reality, there are still openings in event. Please help.
