Presents underneath my toolbar!

    Hello? Any ideas on how to resolve – else I’ll not be able to use or comment – potentially a good plugin!

    I’m experiencing the same challenge. The form pops-up, but underneath my header and footer. When I scroll Idea Factory pop-up stays in place and the page moves up/down on top of it. Thank you.
