• I paid for Premiums Support over a week ago and to date have not heard from them or received any support at all.

    Feels like a scam.

    Can anybody tell me if they are actually still doing anything?

    How do I get my money back because clearly they have not provided what was purchased.

  • I tried their premium support in August. They replied me once, and not anymore and didn’t help. But they charged me over two months! Unfortunaltely, I had to contact the credit card company, and ask for refund. Last week I got the refund.
    It appears they don’t really supply the premium support they charge for.
