  • I’m not able to reproduce the problem. The player looks fine for me here.

That being said, there are a couple of settings you can try.

First thing to try is select one of the “yes” options in the Powerpress settings > media appearance tab where it asks if you are “having issues?”. Save your settings. If the first one doesn’t work, try one of the other 2 yes answers.

Reset your browser cache between tries.

The other thing that *may* help is in the FEEDS tab of PowerPress settings, click the checkbox that says “Do not allow other plugins to modify podcast feeds.” about half way down the page.

First of all many thanks for your answer.
As I said, the error (or I would call it “misfunction”) appears randomly in time. Since now it is not happening, I will wait to see it and then try your suggestions.

Best regards and really thank you for your quick response

@franzblog I’m not aware of any other reports of issues with PowerPress + Comet Cache and I can’t think of any reason Comet Cache would cause the behavior you described. Keep us posted after you try MIke’s suggestion and if it’s a problem that seems specific to Comet Cache I’m happy to take a closer look.
