Posts Translation does not work

Hi!

When I am translating a post (with WPML) and publish it on an other site of my MU… it does not work 🙁
It creates the category and the post but there is nothing into it when I am trying to see it in the admin.
Also the post does not seems to be linked with the equivalent post in the other language…

Could you help me with that please!
