Posts Missing from Homepage after changing theme

I changed my theme to SmallBiz Dynamic Lite from SImple Catch and now all my posts are missing from my home page. I switched it back, but still have no posts. How can I fix this? I am kind of new to this, so please keep explanations simple. I’m a bit slow. 😉 Thanks so much!
