Posts being removed from category

There is an issue with the content restriction for the categories. If I set a content restriction on the category, all the posts within the category will be removed from it after a day. I can make posts and allocate posts to a category and it will be working fine. But the next day all the posts will be removed from the category.

One category I had the logged in restriction on, and it was removing the posts from the category. After I removed all the restrictions on the category, the posts remained in the category.

The content restriction seems to be working fine. As even though the posts are not assigned to a category, it is still being restricted as if it were. However, on both the front end and back end it does not exist within any category.
