    When I create a new backup it doesn’t let me proceed and gives me this error:

    I understand that Duplicator is failing to create a backup of your website and that you’re encountering an error during the scan phase. I’ll do my best to assist you in resolving this.

    To start, please navigate to Duplicator > Tools > Utils and click the “Clear build cache” button.

    If clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the issue, there may be a corrupted file or directory within your website, often located in the wp-content directory.

    As an initial step, try excluding the wp-content directory from the backup. If the backup then completes successfully, attempt to identify the specific problematic directory by excluding its subdirectories one by one.
