post from mail in different categories

hi i mwould like to learn how can i post from mail articles to different categories of my blog? Is there any solution to have posted in different categories mails from different directories/mailadresses? or is there another method?
I know one can do that but i’d like more writers to send mails to different adresses and each adress to post in one category, or something like this, because i don’t want them to get confused with writting all sort of colons and stuff besides the bare article.
