    Hello,

Since updating to the most recent version of the plugin (both base and pro), our post forms no longer work. We can fill them out, click submit, and the page reloads to an empty form and there is no record of the submission underneath the posts. I am unsure why this would have happened. Any insight would be appreciated.

    Hi @dhregular,
We are unfortunate for the issue you are facing. There could be several factors causing the post form problem. So far, we haven’t received any similar reports from our existing users.

To determine whether the issue is related to the WP User Frontend Free plugin, please follow the simple debugging steps outlined below:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except WP User Frontend Free
    2. Test if the issue still exists.
    3. Switch your theme to a default one (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four or Twenty Twenty-Five).
    4. If the issue disappears, please contact your theme author for further assistance
    5. Re-enable your plugins one by one to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.
    6. Once identified, reach out to that plugin’s author for support.

Apart from this, if the issue remains, we will have to investigate it. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you guidance for the Pro feature as Forum Guidelines forbid us from doing so.

In that case, please reach out to us through our contact page so we can assist you further. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
