Post description flooding over image

Hi,

i found another fix to be implemented:
in “square effect 4” layout, the post description starts from the last row of the description “panel” and goes outside the white box, over the image.

also, i think it would be better to fix the lenght check:
it should be possible to count the characters, not just the words: you know, for example “underwater breathing” is longer than “ok yes” (19 chars vs just 5), but both count as “2”.

there should be possible to break to the number of chars, maybe preserving just the last word.
