Hello there Dev, Can you please give the code to get current post category? I just want to place shortcode in all posts and it needs to get categories of respective posts.

Hi Paul,
The reason why the Post category is not added is that it needs formatting options.
So you can use the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/list-categories/ to display the category. It provides multiple options to customize the output.
