    I have done everything and setup Mailpoet correctly. After designing email my “send” button not clickable. Please advise.

    I understand the Send button is not clickable, even though you’ve set up MailPoet correctly.

    Do you see any error on the same page?

    To investigate further, can you please send us the following information? Please redact any sensitive info (e.g. email address) before sending since this is a public forum.

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
