Portfolio Categories

Hello,
Since June,2019 I’m getting this issue, the categories in the portfolio grid is showing the terms that weren’t added. It’s showing all the keywords and the code as categories, but I can’t see anything in dashboard. It’s only displaying in front end. The problem disappears when I’m disabling the yoast seo premium plugin.
