Thanks for the post! It looks like the whole page reloads when you trigger the popups on the map.
Could you tell us how you added the popup triggers?

I am using the Click open trigger and extra selector as name of each state. I have the exact thing working propertly on the https://svoy-championsofhope.org/ website and it works just fine.
Please note that the popup works fine with the foogallery popups, It is just not working with the US maps

Thanks for the additional information! We confirmed the popups work properly on the other site.
Is anything else different between how the two sites were set up? Plugins, theme settings, etc?

In the US Map plugin code (map-interact.js?t=1779973427&ver=10) on line 120, there’s a mouseup event listener. When I “delete” that event listener in my browser, the NY popup stays open as it should.
Here’s a demo of the popup working (mouseup event listener deleted 0:03) first, then not working again (page reloads making the popup close).

Can you please share this with the US Map plugin team? Maybe they know how to get around that.
