Popup not showing after closing

Hi,

I used your plugin on several websites. Right now I have used your plugin to collect subscriber with popup. The popup is created with Popup Maker – Boost Sales, Conversions, Optins, Subscribers with the Ultimate WP Popups Builder

The problem is, when I close the popup, then the popup not works for 2nd time.

Can you help me with this?
