Good day and thanks for trying out SuperPWA. I tested your website over Chrome for Android browser and noticed that all the PWA features are working perfectly over it.
I think you’ve tested the website upon an iOS device. Isn’t it? If yes, upon iOS you cannot notice Add to Homescreen prompt like on Android. PWA works in a slightly different manner over the iOS. We have a document available to get a clear idea on testing PWA on iOS, please do have a look over it.

it work before but now no longer and i used android phone with google chrome.

Please do clear the browsing data upon the Chrome browser and try again. It’s working perfectly over my device.
ok … yes look like google chrome cache or data issue, it means another small issue over it …
I think clearing the chrome cache helped you to see the prompt again. Isn’t it?
