Poor User Interface, Multiple Problems when updating

    The latest update (v2.4) has broken our trust in this plugin. It’s filled with errors and the confusing User Interface in the admin has been another shortcoming of this plugin. Email is critical and the way they have rolled out updates has caused a lot of issues.

We understand your concern, and our support and development team is on high alert, and we fixed the issue yesterday. You can update to get the problem fixed on your end. Our team is working hard to make the current plugin more stable and secure per the latest standards. We are also improving our QA process for this product to avoid such issues as much as possible in the future. We have planned some new features and improvements in the roadmap, giving you more control over this plugin. Your input and suggestions will add significant value during this transition.
