Poor support and no Tutorials on Customizing

The themes are beautiful, but knowing how to customize theme is a nightmare.
I gave it a three star because the themes are nice. If I had to rate it according to the support they provide, I wouldn’t be able to because the lowest I could give support is one star and that’s one star too many.
