Poor Support

This plugin has potential, but their support is sorely lacking. After purchasing the Pro version, it was not working as it should. It took them more than 2 days to reply to my support request, and thereafter it took 2 days in between each reply. Simply not fast enough for a premium/paid plugin.

Hey guys, easy! Tomas (a singleton developer behind the Great Firewall of China) is very committed to making his tooltip plugin the best available. Since the cost of the pro version is so cheap, buying is more a way of thanking him for his commitment than creating an obligatio on his part.
Since English is not Tomas’s native language, it’s true the documentation could be improved. An idea: English-speaking members of the WordPress community could volunteer to help him with it.

I bought the pro unlimited version – is that the best way to ‘thank’ the developer, no? Pity it did not work as advertised. As I said, and I stand by what I said, the plugin has potential, but sometimes the difference between a successful plugin and a failure, is the support – nothing else.
The fact that English is not a native language cannot be used as as excuse, this plugin is being sold in English to an English forum.
Unless his support (and attitude) improves drastically, I can’t see this plugin doing well.

Sir, Would you please do me a favor? If it is possible, would you please remove some personal privacy information, I mean “(a singleton…)”
I believe internet should be free, if a guy did not against the law, hurt others, broken the moral rule, their privacy should be respected and their free should be protected, the right not based on their nationality, language, colour of skin, power, wealth, but based on the right of breathing, eating, drinking.

Yes, we often work super hard and maybe some times we will have a delay of the reply, for example last night we just sleep at 03:30am and start hard coding work at 09:00am this morning and just have a chance to finish our lunch at 13:45pm π

Hi,
I just bought an unlimited license for your plugin, however, I canβt get any tooltips to show up in my Tablepress tables.
Are there instructions for setting up in Tablepress tables?
I did enable Post Types > tablepress_table and added one tooltip, but that tooltip does not show on the page where it is expected to show.

On user side, what you need to do is just add tooltips term and tooltips content in tooltips editor β https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=tooltips, no more setting needed, our tooltips pro plugin will detect your tablepress, when words in your tablepress include tooltips terms, tooltips plugin will add tooltips content with tooltip effect automatically. π
A simple method is just give us temp access and we will setting a few demo for you, and you will know how to use it, on our side, we are create some video to help users use tooltips plugin more easier. π

The different with other plugins is, you can just insert any link with your words in any pages / posts in your wordpress site, our newsletter popup subscribe plugin will detected your link and once users click the link, a popup subscribe form window will shown, after users enter their email address to finish the subscribe process, our plugin will detect the subscribe status and redirected users to an landing page, in here, you can show your video or thanks message or your guide… and so on, message words and other things can be customized in plugin backend.
