    Hi, A customer mentioned that his points had expired. I check the points logged and it is evidently so. I checked the settings and I have set the expiry to zero which means it should not expire. Is this an error or a glitch in your system?

    In reference to your query, currently in our plugin points is expired on the basis of threshold limit so please check that you have set a specific threshold or not .
    You can also share the setting which you have configured so that we can assist you accordingly.
