Poduct doesn’t import to selected categories

    Hello there ,

    I have just installed your plugin,

    Problem #1:

    I have created a specific product category “Amazon Deals” and then assigned that category as a default category for Add to cart, but whenever I import any product it goes to uncategorized category.

    Problem #2:

    When I click on any products Add to cart button it gives erorr : “Error occured, Contact support!” and doesn’t redirect to amazon.

    Dear Mickey,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing problem to use our plugin.

    Problem #1 (solution):
    Where you have created product category “Amazon Deals”? Inside plugin settings? If yes then no worries bvecause this default category for only settings purposes. If you want to import any products then when you are going to add to cargo from product import tab then you have to create the “Amazon Deals” Category then Click to import. Hope problem will be solved.

    Problem #2 solution:
    before to check the issue please tell us one thing, do you have installed woocommerce plugin? if not then at first you have to installed woocommerce plugin. If you have woocommerce plugin then please let us know with a screenshot. And also inside plugin settings please save all the configuration once like put your affiliate tag and country or other settings and hit save. After doing this if nott solved then we will give you the full support from our end. Please also let us know here if your problem solved. Thanks!!
