PMPro Getresponse

When a new user becomes a member thru the PMPro Membership on our site, their information does not get sent to Getresponse, even though I have PMPro Getresponse plugin activated with all its settings.

I contacted Getresponse and they can’t do anything nor have any solutions. Any suggestions?
